REFUNDS

All products can be refunded by contacting us within 4 days of receiving them.

EXCHANGES

Any product can be exchanged in size or colour from our online store within 7 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty. No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

Customised orders or orders where a discount has been given are not eligible for a return, refund or chargeback.
